CommunityScape provides public health education, distribution of literature and digital media around various public health subjects, and free assistance in understanding and completing health insurance and public benefit applications. We provide assistance to individuals in the community to access health care services, complete applications for health insurance via healthcare.gov or other state and local health financial assistance programs, complete applications for any public benefits for which they might be eligible, and public service campaigns focusing on how to access services and programs. Our services are provided to residents of the State of Georgia. All activities are done in the interest of connecting underserved and vulnerable populations, primarily including the LGBTQ+ and People Living with HIV/AIDS communities, with culturally humble health care and resources. All of our activities actively promote Public Health education and service connection.
